i want to buy a guitar but im not sure if this one is good?

this is the guitar can someone tell me if it is good for a beginner, because i really dont have much money to pay for one. so an answer would be appreciated. thanks and happy holidays.
I had one of these.
I bought it from a guy that was selling them on the side of the road for 25 bucks.
The strings were about 1/2 inch off of the fret board, so when I tried to play cords, it sounded out of tune.
It wasn’t because the neck needed adjustment either.
The nut on this thing was about 3 sizes to big.
I used it for fire wood at a party.
If you’re going to buy a guitar, go to a local guitar store and play the one you like.
That way you know it plays well.
Then shop around for the cheapest price on that guitar.
Just like you wouldn’t buy a car without driving it.
