What are the pros and cons for the Line 6 Floor Pod multi effects pedal?

I’m about to get a multi effects pedal n I like this one. Please tell me the pros and cons clearly. Thanks…

Keep in mind that the Line 6 POD products are also amplifier modeling pedals as well as effects modeling. They work best going direct to a PA system. The next best option is to plug it into the effects return on your guitar amp. The worst is to plug them in to the guitar input jack on the amp.

If you are playing through a PA (or your amp has an effects return), then they’re very useful. I’ve been using Line 6 products for 10 years. They do have a bit of a learning curve to them, and I lot of people get frustrated trying to get them to sound good.

If you’re willing to put in the time to program it, then go for it.

If you like the existing sound of your amp, and just want to look at effects, then look at the Line 6 M13 stomp box modeler. It doesn’t not have the amplifier modeling built in, and is designed to be used with a guitar amp.
