a tuner is a tuner, if it tunes the guitar than it is fine, no real point in stressing out about tuners, unless you where deciding on like a rack tuner or pedal or something, or just a carry around one.

i have a boss tuner pedal for playing live, if i need a little tune up. but most of the time i will just have my $40 korg guitar and bass tuner.
